The Los Angeles Times called a past vintage "texturally gripping and subtly spiced," and the 2017 Nomine Amoris lives up to the description. It's the deepest color yet for our wine made in the Name of Love (the Latin translation), appearing in shades of watermelon/tangerine/blood orange. Instantly recognizable as an unfiltered wine, this is fresh and zesty on the palate; a fantastic bridge for those curious about the world of "orange" wines. Destemmed and fermented to dryness on skins for 14 days, then pressed to neutral French oak barrels for five months before bottling.

Unfined & unfiltered. 13.1% alcohol. Natural sediment exists in the bottle and will settle and harden upon extended refrigeration.
