In a word: luscious. Please welcome Pinot Noir to the list of varieties we've now crafted into the Uncontainable rosé; this wine manages to be serious and perfectly carefree at the same time. Gently foot-trod and pressed to ferment in neutral French oak barrels, the newest incarnation of the Uncontainable is bright salmon in hue; bright sunshine on the palate.
Unfined & unfiltered. No cold stabilization; natural sediment will form upon extended refrigeration.
13.7% alcohol.
