The fourth edition of our continuing painter's-palette cellar experiment, in which no rules apply except to create a different-each-time, tasty blend from unexpected varietal bedfellows. Volume IV is a juicy, chillable mix of Grenache; old-vine Carignan; and Riesling. A go-to for BBQ of all sorts.
Unfined & unfiltered. No cold stabilization; natural sediment will form upon extended refrigeration. No added sulfites.
12.9% alcohol.
