Ah, the Naughty Goblin Bubbles! 2016 marked our fourth vintage of this delicious, capricious, zero-zero pét-nat. It's naturally sparkling and quite alive, so it'll need to be completely cold before opening (and do have a glass in hand, ready to pour into when you pop the crown cap). We've put together a little cheat sheet to bookmark, if you like.
Unfined & unfiltered. Bottle-conditioned & undisgorged; sediment will settle in the bottle. No SO2 added. 11.2% alcohol.
