The fifth edition of our continuing painter's-palette cellar experiment, in which no rules apply except to create a different-each-time, tasty blend from unexpected varietal bedfellows. Volume V is a felicitous blend of luscious carbonic Merlot and zippy skin-contact Riesling from the 2023 vintage.
Unfined & unfiltered. No cold stabilization; natural sediment will form upon extended refrigeration. No added sulfites.
12.9% alcohol.
